Hammertone Hammer, Silver N2133 and colored: Antirust hammered paint, based on synthetic resins that promise a long lasting UV protection from the sun.
Apply directly on rust!
HAMMERTONE Hammer is a high quality metallic paint, with new generation of silicone and alkyd resins so that it can be applied directly on metal surfaces and rust. Acts as a rust-inhibitor primer, topcoat and substrate. Offers high-quality gloss, strong adhesion, fast drying, blocks rust, is easy for application and ensures a long lasting protection.
Surface preparation
Remove loose particles of rust and old paint with a wire brush or sandpaper. Surfaces previously painted must be scraped slightly before applying the paint. Surfaces must be clean and free from dust and grease.
Application
Gently mix the contents before use. Apply with brush, roller or airless spray. Ideal application within temperatures from 1 ° C up to 27° C. The new surfaces require 2-3 layers (60-110 m). For ultimate antirust protection, apply a layer of the corrosion protection primer CHASSIS-TOP, METAL PRIMER, ANTIRUST PLUS. The drying times are longer at low temperature and high humidity. Clean tools and equipment with Dialytiko Nitrou (Thinner Nitrate).
