Alcon ProLux highly durable enamel paint

Prolux: Luxury enamel for wood and metal surfaces. Alkyd enamel.

PROLUX is a full gloss, highly durable enamel paint with superior gloss and colour retention, which provides longlasting protection and beauty. It is suitable for all interior and exterior metallic and wooden surfaces. It forms a hard and flexible finish with exceptional durability to adverse weather conditions and atmospheric pollution as well as to washing. It has excellent working and levelling properties and great hiding power.

Application instructions

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from rust, grease and dirt and be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper. For metal surfaces that require antirust protection use ALCON’s anti corrosiveprimer CHASSIS TOP or ASTARI METALLON. For wooden surfaces after thorough preparation (scraping knots, filling and coating with putty) use ALCON’ s undercoat VELATURA. After the preparation of the surface apply two coats of PROLUX. Treatments such as sanding, welding, burning off, etc. of paint films may generate hazardous dust and/or fumes. Work in well ventilated areas. Use suitable personal (respiratory) protective equipment, as necessary.

After use

Remove as much paint as possible from brushes and rollers before cleaning. Clean brushes and equipment with water and detergent solution immediately after use.
