Vecryl 100% acrylic
VECRYL is an 100% acrylic paint for exterior use with outstanding resistance to adverse weather conditions and longlasting durability.
It is suitable for every kind of new or old surface such as plaster, concrete and wooden surfaces. It has excellent working properties with great hiding power, strong adhesion and rapid drying. It gives a pleasing mat flat finish, which provides water resistant surfaces with high vapour permeability. It does not contribute to the growth of the fire and it is flame retardant.
Surface preparation – Application
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all defective and poorly adhering materials, dirt, grease and salts. Prime with ASTARI VEDUR thinned up to 100% with White Spirit After the preparation of the surface apply two coats of VECRYL. Apply the paint and let it dry at temperatures between 10°C to 35°C. Treatments such as sanding, burning off, etc. of paint films may generate hazardous dust and/or fumes. Work in well ventilated areas. Use suitable personal (respiratory) protective equipment, as necessary.
After use
Remove as much paint as possible from brushes and rollers before cleaning. Clean brushes and equipment with water and detergent solution immediately after use.

Keep out of reach of children • Do not use empty container for storing food • Avoid contact with skin and eyes • After contact with skin wash immediately with soap and water or an appropriate skin cleanser. Do not use solvent thinners or white spirits • In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and if necessary seek medical advice • Do not empty into drains or watercourses • Dispose of empty container responsibly and according to local legislation.
