Metal Primer
Astari Metallon (metal primer) is a high quality quick drying undercoat for enamel paints for use on metallic surfaces. It has very good working properties, with strong adhesion and hiding power and easy sanding.
SURFACE PREPARATION – APPLICATION
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all defective and poorly adhering material, rust, grease, dirt and be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper. Then apply one or two coats of ASTARI METALLON.
Treatments such as sanding, welding, burning off, etc. of paint films may generate hazardous dust and/or fumes. Work in well ventilated areas. Use suitable personal (respiratory) protective equipment, as necessary
AFTER USE
Remove as much paint as possible from brushes and rollers before cleaning. Clean brushes and equipment with WHITE SPIRIT immediately after use.
